The Official Seal of the Wālī of Bangsamoro is commonly circular in design. Its colors are made up of white, yellow, blue and green. It consists of three distinctive layers. The outer-layer is “White Rope” succeeded by a middle layer colored with green containing, in the upper portion, the phrase “Office of the Wālī of Bangsamoro” inscribed in white color started from its right portion with number “2019” the Gregorian year of its creation and ended to the left portion with the number “1441” the Hijri year of its creation, and the Arabic transcript of the “Office of the Wālī of Bangsamoro” to read as “Maktab Al-wālī Li-bangsamoro” at the bottom portion. Moreover, the blue core layer contains “Yellow Crescent” in the center with “Seven-Rayed Asterisk” together with three smaller “Stars” at lower position of the former.

Yellow – symbolizes the rich cultural heritage of Bangsamoro people. Such heritage determines their separate and independent cultural identity since pre-Spanish colony.
Green – refers to an inalienable right to live (life); rich and vast natural resources. It also refers to a clean land whose major practices are the teachings of Islam.
Blue – represents the freedom and royalty or being (Maharlika) of Bangsamoro people since the time immemorial. Bangsamoro homeland and its native descendants had been a remarkable part of Majapahid empire and Ottoman empire which characterized a free Royal Sultanate forms of government.
White – symbolizes purity and cleanliness. The Bangsamoro government should be free from the impurities of all evils of graft and corruption, and explicitly driven by the moral principles of utmost dedication, devotion, honesty, justice, and integrity.
