Establish an ideal office for the Wālī of Bangsamoro befitting his stature as ceremonial or titular head of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao.
• Work out technical, financial and human resources for the office to support the Wālī of Bangsamoro in the performance of his duties and functions as provided under RA 11054 otherwise known as Bangsamoro Organic Law and BAA No. 13 also known as Administrative Code of 2020;
• Establish rapport to all concerned offices, ministries, other government entities and non-government organizations for collaboration in relation to the mandates and operations of the office;
• Reach out to the Bangsamoro inside and outside BARMM territory in promoting moral governance, peace and reconciliation, unity and solidarity supportive to the Bangsamoro Government initiatives and programs; and
• Provided administrative support to the Wālī of Bangsamoro.
